Handball

Handball is a team sport played by two teams of seven players each (six field players and one goalkeeper) on a rectangular court. The objective of the game is to score goals by throwing a ball into the opponent’s net. Players can use any part of their body above the knee to control the ball, and they can dribble, pass, and shoot it. Matches are typically played in two halves, and the team with the most goals at the end of the game wins. Handball emphasizes speed, teamwork, and strategic play, and it is governed by international regulations set by the International Handball Federation (IHF). The sport is popular in many countries, particularly in Europe, and has various formats, including indoor and beach handball.
